Problems with Dr. Perrault
The author, Shanya Perera, shared a disappointing experience with Dr. Perrault at Cats & Dogs Animal Hospital (CDAH). She took her dogs for yearly check-ups, dental appointments, and vaccinations. However, during the appointments, Dr. Perrault showed a lack of bedside manner, being unfriendly and negative towards her dogs. He insisted on running tests without considering other possibilities and seemed to be pushing a certain diagnosis.

The author was surprised to hear that the receptionist was confused about her dog's poop test and laughed about it being mislabeled. She was concerned about the mislabeling and wondered what other mistakes the clinic might be making.

Dr. Perrault ordered multiple tests, including a blood panel and ultrasound, which the author was forced to pay for. Although the tests did not show the expected results, the doctor still suggested an ultrasound and prescribed medication. The author was frustrated with the high costs and lack of listening to her concerns.
