Exceptional Customer Service and Care
The majority of reviewers praised the exceptional customer service and care provided by Northland Animal Hospital. The staff, including the front desk, vet techs, and doctors, were consistently described as professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Reviewers appreciated the attention to their pets' needs, the ability to schedule appointments easily, and the thorough care provided. Negative Experience
However, one reviewer had a negative experience. Sage Wheeler's cat, who had a urinary blockage, was given a catheter and then sent home still under sedation. Unfortunately, the cat's heart stopped when the Overnight Vet tried to remove the sedation, and he did not survive. Wheeler accused the hospital of negligence and expressed their outrage and sadness at the loss of their pet. They explicitly stated that they would never recommend the hospital to anyone.
