Poor Customer Service and Unprofessional Attitudes
Brianna Gould wrote a 1-star review complaining about the poor service she received from the veterinary clinic. She scheduled an appointment for her AKC registered Doberman to undergo testing, but was told by the clinic that her dog was not yet 2 years old and couldn't be tested. When she called back a few weeks later, the clinic claimed that her dog was now older than 18 months, which didn't add up to Brianna. The clinic also refused to work with her because of her dog's "conditional" AKC registration. Brianna was unhappy with the clinic's attitude and eventually switched to a new vet.
Uncomfortable and Unempathetic Experience

The vet, Dr. Turmble, was abrupt and didn't take the time to comfort the puppy, which made Veronica feel uncomfortable. Veronica felt that the vet lacked empathy and understanding, which made her feel unhappy with the experience.
