Positive Experience
The overwhelming consensus among reviewers is that the staff at Coastal Animal Medical Center are caring, kind, and professional. Mediocre Care
There is one reviewer, Maddy Fox, who had a negative experience with the clinic. She claims the staff were unhelpful and unsympathetic when her cat was in distress, telling her to wait for an appointment and later suggesting she take her cat to an emergency vet. Maddy eventually took her cat to a university vet clinic, where they received prompt and caring attention.
