Services We Offer
At Amity Woods Animal Hospital and Pet Lodge, we offer a comprehensive suite of services designed to meet the diverse needs of our clients and their pets. These services include:
- Complete Wellness Care: Routine wellness exams are essential for maintaining your pet's health and well-being. During a wellness exam, our veterinarians conduct an in-depth nose-to-tail examination and discuss all aspects of your pet's care, including nutrition, behavior, and preventative care.
- Preventative Services: Preventative care is crucial for maintaining your pet's health and preventing the development of illnesses. We offer a variety of preventative services, including vaccinations, parasite prevention, and dental care.
- Surgical Services: Our state-of-the-art surgical suite enables us to perform a wide range of surgical procedures, from routine spay and neuter procedures to more complex soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries.
- Diagnostic Services: Our on-site diagnostic laboratory and advanced imaging equipment allow us to quickly and accurately diagnose medical conditions, ensuring your pet receives appropriate and timely treatment.
- Dental Care: Just like humans, pets require regular oral care to maintain their dental health. We offer comprehensive dental care services, including oral exams, teeth cleanings, extractions, and at-home dental care guidance.
- Boarding, Daycare, and Grooming: Our pet lodge offers a variety of boarding, daycare, and grooming services to ensure your pet's comfort and well-being while you're away. Our experienced groomers provide high-quality grooming services tailored to your pet's specific needs.

Issues with Amity Woods Lodge
Amity Woods Lodge has faced several issues regarding their treatment of pets, particularly concerning their kenneling and veterinary services. A reviewer, Dustin Kindall, shared a disappointing experience with his French bulldog, Rudy, who became paralyzed after being left alone in his kennel overnight. Despite attempting to work with the lodge to cover some of the costs of Rudy's surgery, Kindall felt that the lodge was avoidant and unresponsive to his concerns. Additionally, another reviewer, Dan Fultz, had a negative encounter with Dr. Sires, who he felt was rude and dismissive during a vet visit. Furthermore, Heather Figley expressed concerns about the security of written credit information, which made her question the lodge's handling of sensitive data.
