Poor Experience with Veterinary Care
One reviewer, Jeffrey Adams, had a disappointing experience at the veterinary clinic. His 8-year-old cat Misty was acting strangely, including having no coordination, dilated eyes, and an inability to stand. Adams took Misty to the clinic, where the nurse interviewed him and asked about Misty's diet. However, the nurse failed to mention that tuna could be a possible cause of the symptoms, and the doctor only asked a few questions before examining Misty.
Excellent Reviews and Exceptional Care
In contrast, two reviewers had very positive experiences at the clinic. Jo Winrow gave the clinic 5 stars, praising the staff as "lovely people" and the techs as "great." She also mentioned that the clinic never made her feel rushed. Wendy Jones Borcyk also gave the clinic 5 stars, expressing her love for the place and crediting Dr. Clark with providing exceptional care for her pets, including dogs, cats, and a chinchilla.
