Our History

Main Street Small Animal Hospital was founded in 1988 by Dr. Dan Blake, who decided to combine his passion for viticulture and veterinary medicine by opening a veterinary hospital in Templeton. Back then, Templeton had a population of just 500 residents, and Main Street was largely deserted. However, as the area grew, so did our hospital, developing a countywide reputation for providing exceptional care and personalized attention.
