Our History
Cache La Poudre Veterinary Clinic was established in September 2001. We are a small animal practice that is proud to serve the Northern Colorado community. Our experienced team is dedicated to delivering exceptional care to your pets.

Radiology
Our state-of-the-art radiology equipment allows us to diagnose and treat a variety of conditions. Radiographs are a useful tool for detecting problems such as fractures, bony problems, heart and lung problems, and foreign bodies. These tests take about 30 minutes and can aid in a diagnosis.
Micro-chipping
Micro-chipping is a permanent identification method for your pet. A small device about the size of a grain of rice is placed under the skin between the shoulder blades. This device can be read by universal scanners at veterinary clinics and animal shelters, allowing for quick identification and reunification of lost pets.
Surgery
Our experienced team provides a wide range of soft tissue procedures, including ovariohysterectomy (spays), castrations (neuters), mass removals, abdominal procedures, and more. We also treat lacerations and abscesses. We do not perform feline declaws. If your pet requires surgery, our doctor will thoroughly explain the procedure and options available. If a more specialized surgery is needed, we work closely with mobile specialists.
Laboratory Services
We offer a variety of lab services, including chemistry panels, CBCs, thyroid panels, urinalyses, and fecal examinations. These tests help us diagnose and treat a variety of conditions.
Senior Screening
As your pets age, they require specialized care to ensure their health and well-being. Our senior screening program includes a comprehensive exam, blood work, and other diagnostic tests to detect any potential health issues.
Dental Care
Regular dental care is essential for your pet's overall health. We check your pet's mouth regularly and provide guidance on how to maintain good oral health.
