Poor Experience with Nails Clipping
Author Nicki Davis had a terrible experience with the clipping of her dog's nails at Poinsett Animal Hospital. The technician cut the nails straight, not curved, causing pain and bleeding. The office manager initially covered up the mistake by suggesting it was normal, but later revealed that a vet, not a technician, cut the nails. Davis is extremely disappointed with the handling of the situation and will not take her dog back to the hospital. She praises the vet who initially took care of her dog, but is unhappy with the office management.
