Complaints
Unfortunately, one patient had a negative experience with the clinic. The patient, Elizabeth Rios, rated the clinic 1 star and provided a detailed account of the issues she encountered. She claimed that the clinic was disorganized, condescending, and deceiving. The patient's cat was booked for boarding, but the clinic cancelled the reservation three days later due to being overbooked. The patient was left with a broken plan for her cat's care, and the clinic's handling of the situation was described as unprofessional.
