Despite taking her pet to the clinic with a possible respiratory infection, the exotic doctor told her that the chameleon was just "personable and odd." When the pet's condition worsened, they recommended going to another clinic, but it was too late. The clinic's office manager blamed the owners for the pet's suffering and refused a refund. The reviewer felt that the clinic was more interested in making money than providing proper care.
