Prytania Veterinary Hospital is a renowned healthcare facility dedicated to delivering exceptional veterinary care to the pets of New Orleans and its surrounding areas. Our team of experienced and compassionate medical professionals is committed to providing personalized care that addresses the unique needs of each pet family.
Our Story
Our journey began in 1992 when Dr. Brian Ghere and Dr. Nancy Nathan, two esteemed veterinarians, embarked on a dream to establish a hospital that would provide high-quality healthcare services to the feline and canine community. They did this by basing their practice on the values of kindness, gentleness, and humaneness.
Over the years, our team has grown to include four additional dedicated doctors: Rachelle Biondolillo, Jennifer Foster, and Dr. Ghere's daughter, Taylor Ghere, Matthew Laiche, DVM. Each of our doctors and staff members views their work as a calling, and we take pride in delivering exceptional care to every pet that walks through our doors. Our team is committed to staying at the forefront of veterinary medicine, constantly updating our knowledge and skills to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.
