Complaint: Lack of Empathy and Alternative Options
Phaino Aletha, however, had a negative experience with Circle B. She inherited a dog with pyometra and was shocked by the expensive surgery and lack of alternative options. Despite expressing her financial constraints, the staff suggested taking out a pet medical loan or euthanizing the dog. Aletha felt that the staff was uncaring and failed to provide emotional support, stating that they lied about alternative options and only cared about making money.
