Poor Experience
Gallatin Veterinary Hospital seems to have disappointed several customers. Madie Shields had a terrible experience with her 11-month-old dog, who broke her dew claw. Despite numerous visits, the toe remained swollen and oozing, and the dog required several rounds of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medication. The treatment was costly, and the customer felt that more could have been done to help the dog recover. Sophia Randazzo was also dissatisfied with the hospital, citing high costs for a dental procedure and poor communication. The customer ended up finding a nearby vet who offered a better deal.
