Negative Experience
The reviews are filled with complaints about the vet hospital. One reviewer, Isa Rewa, had a terrible experience with the staff, particularly with one employee named Ashton, who was described as "the most negative person I've ever come in contact with in my life." Isa's appointment was delayed, and when she finally arrived, she was judged by Ashton for her dog's behavior. Ashton was unhelpful and unfriendly, and even shut the door in Isa's face when she tried to discuss the bill. Isa also felt that the hospital was overpriced and that they tried to get her to buy unnecessary medication.
Another reviewer, John Horton, had a similar experience when requesting to put one of his dogs down. He was treated poorly by the office manager, who was uncompassionate and disrespectful. He felt that the hospital prioritized their own interests over his needs and eventually took his business elsewhere.
