Disappointing Customer Service
The reviews for Chandler Small Animal Clinic are divided between positive and negative experiences. The common theme among the negative reviews is the unprofessional and uncompassionate behavior of the staff, particularly Karen, the office manager. One customer, Tracy Page, had a series of disappointing experiences with the clinic, including long wait times, poor communication, and a lack of empathy during a difficult time.
