Our Story
The Veterinary Clinic of Lubbock was first established in 1946 by Dr. Bill Rogers. In 1983, Dr. Randy Bullard purchased the practice and later moved it to its current location in 1989. Dr. Bullard believes in treating his patients as if they were his very own. He has developed the Veterinary Clinic of Lubbock into a reliable, family-oriented practice, serving generations of pet owners and their best friends.
