Disappointing Experience
The reviewer, Eve Caroline, was not satisfied with her experience at the DuPont Vet Clinic. Despite having moved to the DMV area, her cat was not adjusting well and displayed signs of anxiety and UTI. The initial vet at DVC did not take her concerns seriously and only offered a urine draw and an ultrasound. However, upon further examination at another vet, it was discovered that the DVC had not performed an ultrasound, and her cat had bladder stones that required surgery. The reviewer felt that the DVC had missed important signs of illness and was concerned about the clinic's priorities and transparency.
