Unreliable Service
One reviewer, Vicky Ephraim, had a poor experience with the veterinary hospital. She took her dog for an allergy shot, which was supposed to last for a few months. However, when she returned for the shot, the doctor told her that her dog needed an exam and a $200 allergy shot without charging the $70 exam fee, which was previously agreed upon. The doctor's reasoning did not make sense, and the receptionist seemed confused. The reviewer felt that the hospital was not honest and would not return.
