Unreliable Experience
Two negative reviews stand out, with one reviewer, Valerie Gutmann Koch, giving a 1-star rating and detailing a terrible experience at the North Avenue Animal Hospital. She reported arriving early for her dog's annual appointment, only to find that the hospital had lost her appointment, and her doctor was unavailable. The wait was excessive, and when she finally received service, it was subpar. The hospital's handling of her medication refill was also unacceptable.
