Our Veterinarians Dr. Nick Outterson was born in Medina, New York and grew up on a small farm, where he developed a deep love and respect for animals. Dr. Jill Outterson was born and raised in San Diego, California but has lived in the Capital District for over a decade. Dr. Vrushali Chavan was born and raised in Mumbai, India.
