Testimonials
We take pride in the feedback we receive from our clients. Here are a few testimonials that showcase our commitment to excellence:
"This was our first time at NVH. We were between vets and needed service on a Sunday. They have Sunday hours and took us right away! We found our new vet. Friendly, kind, professional and efficient. AND able to go in with pet even during COVID. So happy!" - Roberta L.
"My poor pup hurt herself and somehow was able to get two very large splinters in her back leg. Immediately I went calling to all the local vets to see if they could take her in last minute since it was 4pm on a Friday and everyone else would probably be closed. I called 8 other vets before them and they all refused service (most of them said no because it was too close to their closing time). (Also just moved to the area so I still hadn't found a vet yet) I called Norwich vet hospital 1 hour prior to them closing and they immediately responded to bringing my pup in so they can remove the splinters. We were in and out in an hour with my pup splinter free! The staff was so friendly, responsive, great with communication, and show great compassion. I will not go anywhere else now." - Katie C.
"Always kind and gentle. Never a problem getting an appointment. Very knowledgeable." - Eileen S.
