Our Team
Our team is comprised of skilled and compassionate veterinarians who are passionate about providing excellent care to animals. Dr. Jack Custer, our founder, is a native of Columbus and has been practicing veterinary medicine for over 20 years. Dr. Therese Allen has a wealth of experience, having worked as an ER veterinarian and now specializing in soft tissue surgery and dentistry. Dr. Emily Falk, our newest team member, brings a fresh perspective and certification in veterinary acupuncture and physical rehabilitation.

Dr. Jack Custer
Dr. Custer is a native of Columbus and graduated from OSUVMC in 2003. He has been the proud owner of Fifth & Kenny Animal Hospital since 2009. In his free time, he enjoys gardening and visiting local wineries.
Dr. Therese Allen
Dr. Allen has an undergraduate degree in psychology from Ohio State University and graduated from Ross University in 2001. She has been working as a veterinarian for over 20 years and has a special interest in soft tissue surgery and dentistry. In her spare time, she loves to read, go hiking with her family, and travel.
Dr. Emily Falk
Dr. Falk grew up in Grandview and attended OSU for undergrad and veterinary school. She is certified in veterinary acupuncture and physical rehabilitation and is passionate about pain management and sports medicine. In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her family and exploring new outdoor spots.
