Poor Customer Service and Unprofessional Behavior
The reviews highlight a mix of positive and negative experiences with this veterinary clinic. One reviewer, Lisa Marie, had a particularly poor experience when she took her pet to the clinic and was left waiting outside in the heat after the clinic had a "flood" and was booked up for several days. She felt that the clinic didn't provide adequate communication about the situation and was difficult to get an appointment from.
Another reviewer, Aaron Greene, had mixed experiences. He initially had a good experience at the clinic, but then had issues with scheduling and being prepared for his cat's nail trim. He felt that the staff were not accommodating and didn't seem to care about his pet's needs.
Positive Reviews
On the other hand, several reviewers had very positive experiences with the clinic. Tom Davis praised the clinic's care for his bird, Sherlock, and the staff's compassion and expertise. Cheryl Pyron took her pug to the clinic and was impressed with the calm and gentle manner in which the staff handled her pet, as well as the clinic's affordability. Courtny Sage took her cat to the clinic and appreciated the doctor's and staff's care and attention to her pet's needs. Dan Johnson, who had previously had a difficult time with his pet's vet care, praised the clinic's good prices and caring staff. George Minear has known Dr. Williams for 30 years and has always been impressed with the clinic's professional and caring approach.
