Our Team

At Tualatin Animal Clinic, we are proud to have a team of highly trained and experienced veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and office staff who are dedicated to providing the best possible care for your pets. Meet our team:

Dr. Arthur Ghitea: Dr. Ghitea graduated from the University of California, Riverside in 1995 and then from veterinary school at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2001. He purchased the clinic in 2006.
Dr. Danielle Hughson: Dr. Hughson attributes her interest in veterinary medicine to growing up on a pig farm in NE Iowa. She attended Iowa State for an undergraduate degree in Animal Science and then moved to Massachusetts to receive her veterinary education at Tufts School of Veterinary Medicine.
Dr. Sakaguchi: Dr. Sakaguchi graduated from Oregon State University with an HBS in Animal Science and Chemistry, then continued on to attended OSU's Carlson College of Veterinary medicine for her DVM.
Krystyna: Krystyna has been a part of our team since 2015 and is a certified veterinary technician. She spent ten years working with various animal rescue organizations.
Courtney: Courtney has been our assistant manager since 2023. She has over 15 years of experience working with animals and has worked as a veterinary technician and worked with a wild animal rescue.
