Our History

Our journey began in 1979, when our founder, Ken Leaman, started his journey in veterinary medicine. Over the years, we have grown and evolved, expanding our services to meet the changing needs of our clients and their pets. In 1981, we opened our first practice, Leaman Veterinary Clinic, in the Stillaguamish Valley. After 11 years, we relocated to Coupeville, Washington, where we established Penn Cove Veterinary Clinic in 1992.
