A Few Disappointments
Not all reviews are positive, however. Joshua Moncrief, who gave Critter Care 4 stars, expressed disappointment with the reception and service during his recent visit, noting that it was a departure from the usual high standards. R. Omar, who gave a 1-star rating, had a tragic and upsetting experience with Dr. Carmen, who failed to heed his warnings about his dog's sensitivity to anesthesia. Omar's well-being was compromised, and his dog ultimately had to be put down.
