Oak Lawn Animal Hospital

Oak Lawn Animal Hospital is a family practice offering a full range of veterinary medical services for dogs and cats. We are excited to have the opportunity to serve the Oak Lawn community. Dr. Margaret Gretschmann and Dr. Kenneth Gretschmann have been caring for dogs and cats for over 40 years. We offer services with no appointment necessary and walk-ins are welcome for any service other than surgeries and grooming. We do appreciate a call ahead of time in order to be thoroughly prepared for your pet.

Dr. Margaret Gretschmann / Veterinarian

Dr. Margaret Gretschmann graduated from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in 1978. She and her husband have been the owners and operators caring for pets of the Oak Lawn Animal Hospital since 1982.

Dr. Kenneth Gretschmann / Veterinarian

Dr. Kenneth Gretschmann graduated from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in 1978. He and his wife have been the owners and operators caring for pets of the Oak Lawn Animal Hospital since 1982.

• Rabies (both 1 year and 3 year)
• DHPP
• Bordatella
• Lyme
• Leptospirosis

• Spay/neuter
• Dental cleanings

We offer microchipping for $50 with lifetime registration, no annual fees, and live recovery specialists available 24/7 365 days a year.

Services for Cats

Keep your cat or kitten happy and healthy with regular check-ups and vaccination services. We offer drop in care for quick and convenient access for general exams, including:

• Rabies (only 1 year available)
• RCCP
• Feline leukemia
• Spay/neuter
• Dental cleanings

We offer microchipping for $50 with lifetime registration, no annual fees, and live recovery specialists available 24/7 365 days a year.
