We provide equine veterinary services, including Interstate Health Certificates, Coggins Testing, Lameness Evaluations, and Reproductive Services. Our comprehensive range of medical treatments includes vaccine injections, deworming, and laboratory examinations for nutrition advice and disease treatment.

Our Team

Meet the friendly staff at Tipton Veterinary Services! Dr. Alana McNutt is the owner and veterinarian of Tipton Veterinary Services, joined in July 2016. She is a 2011 graduate of Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Prior to returning home, she practiced in Kalona, Iowa, specializing in large animal medicine.

Dr. John Prickett is the co-owner and veterinarian of Tipton Veterinary Services, joined in 2018. He graduated from Iowa State in 2010 with a Ph. D. in Veterinary Microbiology.
