Conveniently located at 2401 W. Stewart in Puyallup, WA, our clinic is easily accessible and offers ample parking. We are open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 am to noon. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
