Look for my other review, but after bringing my rabbit there, she is so traumatized by them man handling her because they were afraid cause she had fleas, yet their the ones who made me bring her in cause they wouldn't just let me buy the flea treatment. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. But Jordan (Staff) insisted on getting a copy of our driver's license or social security number, without any guarantees that the information is properly secured from Identity theft. - Author: Greg Burke
I have been using the facility for 5 to 6 years periodically and exclusively for the past 3 years. In the last 12 months I have had three negative incidents happen. The first was when I took my dog in for his 6-month checkup and had the doctor look at some cyst like bumps on his legs. After diagnosing it as a basic pimple full of fluid, he took his scissors and started cutting open the cyst on his leg by flicking the scissors without any anesthetic (he said he could take it/his exact words).
