Our History

Founded in 1950 by Dr. Leeland Curtis "Buzz" Morley Sr., Rocky Gorge Animal Hospital has been proudly serving the Laurel community for over 70 years. Our commitment to providing exceptional care has been passed down through generations, with Dr. Charles Bruce Morley taking over the practice after his father's retirement. In 2005, Dr. Steven Wolchinsky joined the practice, and in 2008, he opened our current 18,000 square foot hospital, marking a new era for our practice. Today, our hospital is led by a team of dedicated veterinarians, including Dr. Marisa Pasekoff, Dr. Tracy Appelbaum, Dr. Lindsay Lane, and Dr. Nelson Bricker, ensuring that our commitment to exceptional care continues for generations to come.
