Reviews
Positive: The majority of the reviews were positive, praising the center's emergency care, communication, and staff.
Negative: Only one review mentioned concerns with cost and poor communication.

Concerns with Cost and Poor Communication

Shealee Davis gave Tier 1 Medical Center 3 stars out of 5. She brought her pup to the center as it was the only vet open at the time after he ate a large amount of anti-inflammatory pills. While they took her pup in immediately, they presented her with a roughly $4,000 plan which she couldn't afford. She felt written off and sent home with 2 medications. She took her pup to another vet the next day, where they questioned why she wasn't given all the medication her pup needed.

Excellent Emergency Care and Communication

Samantha Thomson gave Tier 1 Medical Center 5 stars out of 5. Her Great Dane, Rengo, presented with bloat and torsion, and the tech quickly took him back to start working on him. The vet kept in contact with her after his surgery, and they were willing to work within her budget for the follow-up appointment. She praised the center for their excellent emergency care and communication.

Exceptional Veterinary Care and Patience

Mikayla Russell gave Tier 1 Medical Center 5 stars out of 5. She is a first-time puppy owner and has been bringing many questions to Dr. Sean McPeck. She praised Dr. McPeck for his patience and love for animals, and his willingness to educate her on what to do for her pup. She would recommend Tier 1 Medical Center to everyone.

Impressive Emergency Services and Support

Allison McLellan gave Tier 1 Medical Center 5 stars out of 5. She needed to use their emergency services 3 times, and each time she was impressed by the staff and facility. She praised the vet techs and veterinarians, and felt that her pets received amazing care.

Comforting Care during Difficult Goodbyes

Mwinvictus gave Tier 1 Medical Center 5 stars out of 5. Her Russian Blue cat, Grimm, developed a severe liver and kidney infection, and she chose euthanasia. The vets explained the process, gave her a breakdown of costs, and allowed her to sit with Grimm as long as she wanted. She felt that the center provided a painless and comforting goodbye.
