Our History

The New Haven Veterinary Hospital (NHVH) has a rich history serving the veterinary needs of the community. Initially established as a clinic catering to both small and large animals, NHVH has evolved over time to become a specialized center for small animal care.

Starting as a satellite clinic of Hermann Veterinary Clinic, NHVH provided comprehensive care for a wide range of animals. In 2008, Dr. Schulte took the reins of the clinic, recognizing the growing demand for specialized small animal services. Under Dr. Schulte's leadership, NHVH underwent a transformation, embracing modern medical advancements and expanding its surgical, dental, and diagnostic capabilities. This shift allowed NHVH to provide even more comprehensive and advanced care for our canine and feline companions.

The year 2020 marked another significant milestone in NHVH's journey. Dr. Parsons, passionate about small animal well-being, acquired the clinic from Dr. Schulte, establishing New Haven Veterinary Hospital. This new chapter saw a continued commitment to providing personalized care and service to clients and their treasured pets.
