Charlestown Animal Hospital, PLLC opened its doors in May of 2004, welcoming its first clients into what is now an exceptional state-of-the-art veterinary facility. Founded by Dr. Claire Lindo, who graduated from Cornell University in 1998, and her husband Reza Marukelli, the practice resides in a beautifully converted historical home - the former Susanna Johnson cabin. This unique location reflects our commitment to both history and progress, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere while utilizing the most modern veterinary advancements. We perform a full range of surgical procedures, from routine spay and neuter surgeries to more complex orthopedic repairs, ENT surgery, and foreign body removals.

Our commitment to dental health is reflected in our comprehensive oral health assessments and treatment plans (COHAT). This includes thorough dental cleanings, digital dental X-rays, and extractions when necessary, all performed under anesthesia.
