- Veterinarian & Owner: John Gagliardi, DVM, achieved his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Cornell University's College of Veterinary Medicine and has years of experience in the field.
- Veterinary Technician: Victoria Westman, having grown up in a household with at least one cat or dog, developed a passion for animal welfare at an early age and is currently pursuing a career in animal care.
- Veterinary Technician: Guilherme Luz, with a strong background in veterinary care from Brazil, is committed to providing essential care for all clients and their pet companions with utmost compassion.
- Client Care Coordinator: Jessica Amedeo, a trained professional, provides exceptional client care and is dedicated to ensuring that each client's experience is exceptional.
- Veterinary Technician Assistants: Anais Elkins and Johnny Ysabel, both aspiring to become licensed veterinary technicians, are passionate about providing compassionate care to all pets.

We are proud to have a team of board-certified specialists, including:
- Board Certified Veterinary Cardiologist: Dr. Jean-Paul Petrie, DVM, who performs echocardiograms and a complete evaluation of your pet's heart health.
